My Approach to Coaching
As an attachment-based relationship coach, my work is rooted in attachment science. I help couples decrease distress and foster security in their relationships by facilitating conversations that build understanding, trust, and intimacy. In our sessions, we’ll explore behaviors, feelings, and needs to break free from stuck or destructive cycles and create positive patterns of communication.
For individuals, I help clients reshape their emotional worlds, leading to greater confidence, an enhanced sense of self-worth, and deeper connections with themselves and others. My goal is to provide a warm, validating space where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to grow.
Academic and Professional Expertise
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in New York. My advanced training includes EFT for couples, Gottman Method couples therapy, trauma treatment, and both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches.
This diverse training informs my coaching, allowing me to tailor sessions to your unique needs while maintaining a focus on building secure and fulfilling relationships.
A Supportive and Inclusive Environment
I value the diversity of my clients' identities and backgrounds and strive to cultivate a space where everyone feels heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore the challenges in your relationship or personal life and discover the answers within yourself to navigate them with greater empathy and insight.
Outside the Office
When I’m not working, I enjoy exercising, traveling, making pasta, and spending time with family and friends—especially my identical twin sister, who is also a psychologist!
