Welcome! Seeking change for yourself or your relationship is a courageous and hopeful act, even if it feels uncertain. My name is Jaime Cecutti, relationship coach, and for more than 25 years, I’ve guided individuals, couples, families, and communities toward healthier relationships and greater secure attachment—with themselves, others, and God.

As a trained Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), mentored by Julie Menanno, my coaching is grounded in proven, research-based methods that provide a clear, repeatable roadmap for healing and growth.

My Approach to Relationship Coaching

I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with a strong focus on:

  • Exploring relationships and preparing for marriage.

  • Healing from betrayals, separations, and reconnections.

  • Coping with trauma, loss, and major life transitions.

  • Building resilience and finding emotional balance.

In our sessions, you’ll find a sense of peace, hope, and even occasional humor as we work together to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and create new paths toward meaningful connection and fulfillment.

Academic and Professional Expertise

I earned a degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Change and Wellbeing from Stanford University and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. My career has been shaped by a passion for developing standardized, effective healing processes. My research, program development, and published articles focus on trauma, resilience, and building strong emotional foundations within diverse populations.

Life Experience

Through my professional and personal life, I’ve journeyed alongside clients and loved ones through:

  • Marriage preparation, weddings, births, and losses.

  • Betrayals, reconciliations, and major relocations.

  • Cultural, racial, and religious intermarriages.

  • Career successes, failures, and financial pressures.

  • Mental and physical illness, addiction, and recovery.

These experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of the complexities of relationships and life’s transitions, helping me offer compassionate, effective coaching for whatever challenges you may face.
