Welcome! I’m Lizeth Felix, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and relationship coach in English and Spanish.

I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and thrive in their relationships. My coaching style is warm, supportive, and compassionate, reflecting my real-life experience as a wife, mother, and part of a big family. These experiences, combined with my professional background in various mental health fields, allow me to connect with clients on a deeply personal level. I specialize in guiding adults, couples, and individuals navigating the dating world through self-healing and relationship-building by addressing the core emotional and attachment patterns that shape their interactions.

My Approach to Coaching
I draw from evidence-based approaches like the Attachment Model and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—concepts you may have seen on Julie’s Instagram—along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These methods help identify and break unhealthy patterns, paving the way for secure and fulfilling relationships. Whether you’re working on an existing partnership, recovering from past relationships, or seeking clarity and confidence in dating, we’ll explore how your attachment styles and emotional experiences influence your interactions. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to foster trust, communication, and emotional security.

Academic and Professional Expertise

In addition to my work as a therapist and coach, I spent three years as a Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT) clinician, partnering with law enforcement to provide mental health support during 911 calls. This role involved assessing crises such as suicidality, homicidality, and grave disability, with the authority to enact involuntary hospitalization when necessary.

This high-stakes experience honed my ability to provide compassionate support in moments of crisis and navigate complex emotional and relational challenges—skills I bring into every coaching session.
